I have owned many Foscam models and this is so far my favorite, Within minutes of unpacking we were up and running, Initial

setup is a breeze, Overall feel and build quality seems better than previous models

Because it can turn 300 degrees horizontally and 100 degrees vertically. This enables the device to record from many

different angles, removing the need to get a bunch of different cameras for a single room. Just one Foscam R2 camera

positioned correctly is able to keep an eye out on an entire room.

The front of the R2 has the rotating camera lens that is surrounded by infrared LED's for night vision. There’s also a

microphone located along the bottom edge of the device for 2 way audio.

On the back of the R2, you’ll find a speaker, power port, Ethernet port with status LED's, and a WiFi antenna.

On the left side there’s a micro SD card slot that can be used to store motion alert video clips, manually captured images

and video, And on the right side is a WPS reset button.

The base of the Foscam R2 has a threaded socket that can be used to attach the camera to a wall or ceiling using the

included mounting hardware.

For the money I just don't see how you can do any better, Foscam works hard knocking the bugs out in new
firmware releases so I am confident we will see an improvement very soon with the next update.

Let my Video demo tell the story.

I received this item at a discount in exchange for an HONEST review.
